All orders must be collected in person from our warehouse in Zábřeh, Czech Republic.

Goods in stock are usually ready for collection within 1–2 working days after payment has been received. Custom-made products will be ready on the date agreed in the quotation.

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready and contact us before arriving to arrange a collection time.

Payment

• Online payment by card
• Advance payment by bank transfer
• Payment against invoice – available by prior agreement

Payment instructions and bank details will be provided with your order confirmation or invoice.

VAT

All prices are subject to Czech VAT unless a different VAT treatment has been agreed in advance and all applicable statutory requirements have been met.

If you are registered for VAT in another EU member state, please enter a valid VAT ID when registering and contact us before placing your order.
