2. Whose data we process
Our shop sells to businesses. We process data of people who act for our business customers, of people who contact us or use forms in the shop (messages, reviews, comments, availability alerts, newsletter), and of visitors of the shop.
3. What data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, e-mail, phone, job position.
- Company data: company name, company ID, VAT ID, billing and delivery address.
- Order data: ordered goods, prices, payments, invoices, delivery.
- Communication: e-mails, messages from forms, enquiries, warranty claims.
- Reviews and comments: the name you enter, the text and the rating.
- Account data: login e-mail, password (stored encrypted), order history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser data, cookies (see section 9).

We need the data for orders and invoices. Without them, we cannot sell to you.
5. Who receives the data
We share personal data only with service providers and other recipients where necessary:
- Shoptet, a.s. – operation and hosting of our online store;
- Shoptet Pay and the banks involved in processing payments – payment processing;
- our external accountant and any accounting software we use – invoicing, accounting and tax compliance;
- Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel – website analytics and advertising, subject to your cookie preferences;
- Ecomail.cz, s.r.o. – sending e-mails, including newsletters and offers to existing customers. We share only the contact details needed for this purpose;
- public authorities – where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the EU
We use Google Analytics and Meta tools on our online store. In connection with these services, personal data, such as online identifiers and information about your use of the store, may be transferred to or accessed from the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, or by other safeguards permitted by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- correct wrong data;
- have data erased, if we no longer need it;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal).

You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based only on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal effects on you.
9. Cookies
Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser.
- Necessary cookies make the shop work (cart, login, security). They do not need consent.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the shop. We use them only with your consent.
- Marketing cookies help us show relevant ads. We use them only with your consent.
